Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, well drained (or 2 cups fresh)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange
  • segments, well drained
  • 3/4 cup Dannon® Light 'n Fit® Vanilla, Strawberry or Cherry Vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except coconut in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 15minutes.
  3. Stir in coconut just before serving.

Yields

8 servings (4 cups, 1/2 cup each)
