Balsamic Yogurt Dip

Balsamic Yogurt Dip


  • 2 cups Dannon® Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup minced red onions
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper


  1. Drain yogurt 25–30 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan combine vinegar and garlic, reduce on medium flame until only 1/4 cup remains, cool.
  3. Combine yogurt, onions, and parsley with cooled balsamic and mix well. Serve as desired.
