Cinnamon Honey Waffles

Cinnamon Honey Waffles

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup Dannon® All Natural Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly


  1. Preheat the waffle iron. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Meanwhile in another medium bowl, whisk together Dannon® All Natural Plain Yogurt, milk, egg and honey. Stir the wet mixture into the flour mixture just until combined, then stir in melted butter and mix.
  3. Cook in waffle iron, according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Serve with warm maple syrup, melted butter or a dollop of yogurt and berries, if desired.
