Corn Crusted Yorgurt Fish


  • 1 cup Dannon® Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 4 (6 oz) white fish filets (flounder, catfish, tilapia)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • Oil as needed


  1. In a shallow bowl combine yogurt and hot sauce. Add fish filets and let soak 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain fish and coat evenly with cornmeal. Place oil (1/4-inch) in a 12-inch fry pan and heat. Cook fish 3-4 minutes per side. Drain.
  3. Serve fish with lemon and tartar sauce.
