Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Dannon® Plain Yogurt, slightly drained
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (well drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. Hot pepper sauce
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Season to taste and use as a dip or dressing.

Yields

8-10 servings.
