Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced small
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 cup Dannon® All Natural Plain Yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
  2. Stir again before serving.

Yields

3 servings (4oz. per serving)
