Double Cherry Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 cups 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup arborio rice
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1-1/2 cups Dannon® Light 'n Fit® Cherry Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt

Directions

  1. In a large, heavy saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice, sugar, salt, and dried cherries. Return the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. Fold in the Dannon® Light 'n Fit® Cherry Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt, and serve warm or chilled.
