Edamole Dip

Edamole Dip

Enjoy this healthy dip as a snack or appetizer served with rice crackers (found in the ethic food section of your grocery store) or water crackers.

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 4 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 cup Oikos® Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed


  1. Place garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, olive oil, yogurt, hot sauce, and cumin into a blender or food processor.
  2. Puree until smooth, then add the edamame, and continue to puree until smooth.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving."
