  • 6 slices thinly sliced dense rye bread
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 slices nova salmon (lox), thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Oikos® Greek Plain Yogurt


  1. Put olive oil in skillet to coat bottom.
  2. When hot, place sliced onions in skillet. Cook until caramelized.
  3. Brush olive oil on dense rye bread.
  4. Place on cooking sheet and toast in over set to 400 degrees F.
  5. Removed toasted bread from oven.
  6. Spread thick layer of Oikos® Greek yogurt, top with salmon and caramelized onions.
