Horseradish and Yogurt Crusted Salmon

  • 3/4 cup Oikos® Greek 0% Plain
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 4x 5-6 oz. filets of salmon
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Cooking spray


Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Preheat oven 400 degrees F.

  1. In a bowl combine yogurt, horseradish, Dijon, chives and lemon zest, mix well.
  2. Place salmon filets on a foil lined baking sheet. Top each fillet with 3 Tbsp. yogurt mixture. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of bread crumbs on each filet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Roast salmon for 10-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.


Serving Size: 5 oz. salmon, 3 Tbsp. sauce
