Paprika Roast Potatoes

Paprika Roast Potatoes

  • 4 baking potatoes, about 11/2 lbs
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. Dannon® All Natural Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. oil


  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into 3/4- to 1-inch chunks.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the paprika, Dannon® All Natural Plain Yogurt and oil. Add the potato chunks and toss to coat.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Place potatoes on the foil so they are not touching each other and bake until cooked through and tender, about 30 minutes.
