Ingredients

  • 2 tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup Oikos® Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups of light rum, optional
  • 1 8oz. can of cream of coconut

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until ice is pulverized.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with pineapple on edge of rim.
