Seafood Salad Louise


  • 1 cup Dannon® Plain Yogurt drained 20 minutes
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup diced cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (1 8 oz.can)
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • lettuce leaves to garnish


  1. In a bowl combine yogurt, relish, tomato paste and parsley, mix well. Add shrimp and crab and toss to coat. Adjust seasonings and serve on lettuce
